Dunja Šimunić Mehdin graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, passed the bar exam and earned an MBA from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb. Currently she serves as Legal and Compliance Director at SPAR Hrvatska. Previously she was the Director of the Legal and Security Department at Coca-Cola HBC Adria where she was responsible for implementation of business strategies in the field of legal and security affairs in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. Before joining Coca-Cola HBC Adria in 2018, she held several senior positions in legal affairs at Agrokor and served as a member of several supervisory boards within the Agrokor Group.
In 2025 she was elected as an external expert member of the European Affairs Committee in the Croatian Parliament, reflecting her recognized expertise in legal and regulatory matters.
She is a President of the Commission for Competition in ICC Croatia (International Chamber of Commerce) and a member of Competition Committee at BIAC (the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD).
