Ivan Luetić is a New York- and Croatia-qualified attorney with extensive experience in EU and Croatian competition law. For nearly a decade, he has advised on complex antitrust, merger control, and state aid matters, representing leading international and domestic companies before the Croatian Competition Agency and the European Commission.
Ivan is consistently ranked among Croatia’s leading competition lawyers in international legal directories. He has successfully led and participated in some of the most high-profile merger control and antitrust cases in the country, including transactions spanning the telecom, retail, food production, media, and other regulated sectors.
Before returning to Croatia, Ivan practiced in London with one of the largest US law firms, advising major global investment banks and conglomerates on cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions. He holds an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School.
