Maria Zrno Prošić is engaged on corporate and compliance mandates, primarily in the field of competition law. She represents clients on all matters arising from Croatian and European antitrust law – merger control, prohibiting agreements and abuse of dominance matters. In addition to proceedings before competition authorities and advising clients on compliance matters on a daily basis, Marija has significant experience providing compliance and dawn-raid trainings. Marija regularly supports clients with strong distribution networks and collaborative business models. Her clients are mostly international companies from the retail, FMCG, energy, TMC and automotive sectors and industries. She completed her master’s degree in European law at the College of Europe in Bruges. She is fluent in Croatian and English.
