Marina Rožić

Vice president, Croatian Chamber of Economy and Secretary General,  ICC Croatia

Marina Rožić is professional with extensive expertise in human resource management, public administration, and international relations. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in 1998, obtaining a degree in law. She also completed a program in supervision and corporate governance in 2019.

Marina has had a successful career in public administration. She has worked as a chief and coordinated activities of ministries and regional administration regarding the monitoring of international organizations in Croatia. She has managed the resources of Croatian candidates in international organizations. Later, she served as a chief in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, secretary of the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, and deputy secretary-general of the Croatian Chamber of Economy.

In addition to her professional career, Marina is actively involved in various professional bodies. She has represented the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration in different commissions and been a member of working groups for the preparation of negotiations with the EU.

As the chairwoman of the Eurochambers Women Network (EWN), Ms. Rožić’s vision is not just about empowering women in business but also about driving sustainable change.

As chair at EWN, she organised round tables, panels, and conferences with influential women in business through PR activities on social media to promote female leadership and company role models in every sector.
