Perica Miović Petronio is Group Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Business Integrity at Infobip, where she leads the company’s global legal, compliance, and integrity functions. Her remit spans more than 70 jurisdictions across six regions and covers a wide spectrum of areas including regulatory and competition law, privacy, compliance, internal audit, ESG, and internal communications. She is responsible for ensuring compliance with antitrust and telecom regulations, managing cross-border investigations, and supporting the company’s commercial strategy with legally sound and business-oriented solutions.
With more than twenty years of legal experience, she has developed deep expertise in competition law and regulatory matters. Before joining Infobip, she was Senior Partner at Deloitte Legal Croatia, where she co-headed the competition law practice for Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier, she held senior legal management positions in the Croatian subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom, where she addressed complex regulatory and antitrust challenges in the telecom sector.
She began her career in private practice, advising both international and domestic clients on competition and regulatory issues. Perica is a fully qualified lawyer and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Central European University, a Diploma in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College London, and a Mag. Juris degree from the University of Zagreb.
