Srđana Petronijević is a partner in cooperation with Schoenherr. With over 17 years of professional experience related to competition policy and state aid, she is the head of the Schoenherr Competition, EU, and Foreign Trade practice group for the Balkan region. She has been involved in numerous high-profile multijurisdictional merger control proceedings before the competition authorities in the former republics of Yugoslavia. She advises clients on all aspects of antitrust law, including infringement proceedings with respect to alleged anticompetitive practices in the Balkan region. She has also designed a number of compliance programs. She holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from Central European University (2005) and an LL.B. from the University of Novi Sad (2003). She is a licensed sworn court interpreter for English and Serbian.
