Early fee (before 31st March, 2026): 350 EUR (VAT included)
Regular fee (from 1st April, 2026): 390 EUR (VAT included)
ICC Croatia members have a 20% discount if the membership fee for the current year is paid.
Please note that discounts are not cumulative and that only the highest discount will apply.

GROUP DISCOUNT RATE
Organisers are offering discounts to institutions registering 3 or more participants. Such groups are granted 10% discount on the total amount.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
In case of cancellation of participation, the participant is obliged to cancel participation in writing to ivana.sabanovic-uzelac@vivid-original.com no later than 15 days before the scheduled day of the event.
If the participant cancels participation in the manner and within the period determined, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
If the participant cancels participation after the deadline, a refund of the registration fee will not be possible.The registration can be transferred to another person from the same legal entity without additional costs. Updated registration information will be required (by sending an e-mail to ivana.sabanovic-uzelac@vivid-original.com)
